“When I arrived at 6 PM, the staff was busy, but I got in within a reasonable amount of time and they checked me in. The room is beautiful, and I love the decor. The bed slept really well and having a high-tech shower was great. Everything was so spacious and well laid out. Free drinks were helpful too and I was able to relax for two glorious, blissful nights. Their breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had and I’ve never had scrambled eggs so good either. “Very clean and nice rooms”

“The room itself was fine. All I needed was a bed , tv and shower. It just was real old and dirty, and broken. My room smelled like smoke (cigarettes) so I asked the front desk to please get me a new room. He was very sweet and accommodating, but the second room he showed me, smelled even worse. After looking for other rooms online in a 20 mile radius, I decided I would just stay and make the best of it. There’s mold in the shower ceiling, many dents and knicks in the walls. “My room was fine - When I booked I must have selected accessible, not sure why I chose that. When I arrived to my room, the bed didn't have a box spring (in order to make it accessible). But nothing else was adjusted accordingly (the headboard wasn't lowered, tv wasn't lowered...) Very uncomfortable to try to watch tv, and the bed was surprisingly not comfortable either. “This place is very nice. The whole hotel is clean and well maintained. Amazing outdoor and indoor lounge spaces. Rooms very fresh and clean. Check in and check out times (3pm and noon) are not something you see very often anymore. Big plus if you don’t want to be rushed out in the morning. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel.”

“Everything was great, except the room's AC unit. It was rainy and humid during our visit and the AC unit could not remove any moisture. The room was so damp that the fresh, unused towels were damp.”
